Grand Prix

Today was the final day of the Grand Prix at AT&T Stadium. High winds forced the race schedule to wrap earlier than planned, but it didn’t stop everyone from making the most of the experience. Sherri Combs

Cecilia Castillo Cossio and I drove out together and had the chance to meet so many new faces along the way. Between shooting a little pool, huddling in the stands to watch a live rodeo, and feeling the energy in the room, it was a great reminder of how powerful it can be to simply show up and be present in the moment.

Sometimes all it takes is showing up, being present, and paying attention to the conversations happening around you. I explore more of that idea in my upcoming book, Unmute Yourself, where I talk about what happens when you stop sitting quietly on the sidelines of your own story.
