So many entrepreneurs online only post the highlights, but rarely the reality. The truth isâevery single day as a business owner is a testament of faith, resilience, growth, discernment, strategic thinking, and tough decision-making.
I choose to be transparent about my journey so that anyone electing a similar path doesnât assume itâs âeasierâ than having a job. Because in many waysâŠhaving a job was much easier.
 Following directions
Staying within the scope of a job description
Set hours, paid time off, one boss, and predictable income
Entrepreneurship flips all of that:
 Every client becomes your boss
Your schedule is dictated by the demands of the business
 No guaranteed time off
Your income is tied to your dedication, skill, and consistency
The weight of success or failure rests on your shoulders
And yet, I wouldnât trade this journey. Because the cost of âeasyâ is too high when your calling is greater.
Still, this path grows you in ways a job never could. It forces you to step into leadership, creativity, and stewardship over your vision.
To my fellow entrepreneurs who share the whole storyâthe challenges and the breakthroughsâyou make the journey less lonely and far more real.
So let me ask you: What challenge are you working through in your business this week?
