Today, we celebrate the graduates of our inaugural LIFT X UnMuted™ cohort.

To our three graduates, thank you for trusting yourselves enough to step into the unknown. Thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you. Your willingness to stay coachable, lean into the uncomfortable, and keep showing up made all the difference.

One of the biggest takeaways for me is that coaching is never one-sided. You taught us just as much as you say we taught you. For that, I am grateful.

And to my incredible partner, Dr. Michele D. Clark, thank you for taking this leap with me. Building something from an idea is one thing. Watching it change lives is something else entirely.
