I just returned from the world’s largest business conference—10X Growth Con 2025—where over 7,500 entrepreneurs showed up in person and 150,000 more tuned in online.

There were lights, fire, smoke, and energy… but what hit hardest?

🔥 The raw truths.🔥 The fearless focus.🔥 The relentless mindset.

From Ryan Reynolds to Martha StewartGrant CardoneRobert HerjavecJimmy JohnHarold Hamm, and more—each speaker dropped gems that reinforced a simple truth:

🚫 There’s no such thing as balance.🎯 There’s only vision, execution, and refusing to fold.🧠 Poverty is a learned mindset. Confidence is earned through action.

One thing I’ll never forget:“If you let go of the little things, you’ll let go of the big things.” – Grant CardoneThat line hit deep. And it’s exactly why attending events like this is non-negotiable for my growth as a coach, mentor, author (shameless plug: 📚 my book drops this year), and investor.

What Happens When 7,500 Entrepreneurs Go All In: Fire, Focus, and Zero F’s Given at 10X

I recently had the privilege of attending the 10X Growth Conference 2025, held from March 19-21 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.  This event, renowned as the world's largest business conference, brought together approximately 7,500 professionals in person, with over 150,000 participants joining virtually.10X Growth Conference 2025+1LinkedIn+1

  • Charlie Kirk: Founder of Turning Point USA.

  • Dr. Maky Zanganeh: Renowned biotech leader.

  • Eric Trump: Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization.

  • Robert Herjavec: Entrepreneur and "Shark Tank" investor.

  • Elena Cardone: Businesswoman and author.

  • Sabrina and Scarlett Cardone: Young entrepreneurs and Cardone heiresses.

  • Alina Habba: Attorney and legal strategist for President Trump.

  • Gary Cohn: Former Director of the National Economic Council.

  • Bob Duggan: Billionaire entrepreneur.

  • Martha Stewart: Lifestyle expert and business magnate.

  • Jimmy John Liautaud: Founder of Jimmy John's sandwich chain.

  • Harold Hamm: Oil and gas industry leader.

  • Mike Rowe: Television host and narrator.

  • Ryan Reynolds: Actor and entrepreneur.

The event was a sensory spectacle, complete with dynamic lighting, pyrotechnics, and immersive stage effects. However, amidst the grandeur, the speakers consistently emphasized core themes such as unwavering focus, the importance of robust systems, relentless work ethic, foundational integrity, and the rejection of the traditional work-life balance concept. They also highlighted that poverty is a mindset that can be transformed, the value of embracing one's innate talents, and the necessity of disconnecting from digital distractions to unlock creativity.

Key Takeaways:

  • Grant Cardone: Stressed the significance of attention to detail, asserting, "If you let go of the little things, you'll let go of the big things."

  • Robert Herjavec: Shared his investment philosophy, stating, "My money is like soldiers. I want them to go out and fight, but I want them all to come home."

  • Charlie Kirk: Advised caution in associations, noting, "Stay away from people so ambitious, they will compromise their integrity." He further encouraged boldness with, "If you're not going to go big, don't even start."

  • Eric Trump: Emphasized the value of resilience over credentials, observing, "The people with the best resumes don't always make the best partners or employees. It's the people that come from nothing." He likened life to a series of challenges, remarking, "Life is a battle of getting punched over and over again but also a battle of punching back."

  • Robert Herjavec: Advocated for meticulous oversight, suggesting, "Don't micromanage. Nano-manage. You don't have to be busy all day to be effective. Look at Elon."

  • Alina Habba: Offered a perspective on language and confidence, stating, "Cursing is a sign of confidence, not weakness."

  • Bob Duggan: Encouraged risk-taking and leaving a positive impact, advising, "If you are freaked out by your losses, you won't take the chance," and to "leave more where I go than what I got when I got there."

  • Martha Stewart: Spoke on authenticity, sharing that her success was built on "authentic understanding and to eliminate the unauthentic in your life."

  • Jimmy John Liautaud: Reflected on his dedication, noting, "I was probably a billionaire five years before I knew I was a billionaire because I was so busy making sure my stores were making money." He also emphasized diligence with, "People that tell you, you don't need to be a micromanager are full of shyt," and "When you count the pennies, the dollars take care of themselves."

  • Harold Hamm: Inspired attendees with, "If you wanna have a great company, you have to be willing to change the world."

  • Ryan Reynolds: Shared insights on creativity and preparation, stating, "Too much time and too much money will kill creativity. You have to think your way through it." He added, "If you're really, really prepared, you get to play and listen to your gifts," and emphasized the goal of positively impacting others, "The goal is for you to make them leave feeling a little bit better than when they came." On marketing, he advised, "If you're marketing the right way, you're just speaking authentically." He also encouraged embracing mistakes, saying, "Use your mistakes instead of drowning in them. Don't waste your mistakes." Reynolds credited a conflict resolution workshop as foundational to his successful relationships.

Attending events like the 10X Growth Conference is integral to my growth in coaching, mentoring, writing (stay tuned for my upcoming book this year), and investing. The insights and connections gained are invaluable.10X Growth Conference 2025
