When Pressure Tries to Steal Your Gratitude

  • May 14
  • 1 min read

This was this morning’s church message.

Pressure has a way of distorting gratitude.

Inheritance starts to feel like entitlement.

Abundance quietly turns into “not enough.”

We forget that what we call earned was first given by His grace.

You get to wash dishes.

You get to fold laundry.

You get to feel tired from a life that is full.

Because the truth is sobering and sacred.

You could have none of it.

Pressure rewrites memory the way the Mandela Effect does.

Nothing actually changed.

Only how we remember the blessing.

A reminder today to steward abundance with humility,

to carry responsibility with gratitude,

and to never forget the source.
