WHEN YOUR THINKING OUTGROWS YOUR SYSTEMS

Something interesting happens when you grow quickly.

You build systems.

Spreadsheets.

Processes.

They made perfect sense when you created them.

Then months later you open them again and think:

Why did I build it like this?

It almost feels like someone else created it.

Creativity in business isn’t just design, branding, or marketing.

Sometimes creativity is the willingness to revisit your own thinking and ask better questions about the tools you built along the way.

Instead of asking:

“Why doesn’t this make sense anymore?”

A more powerful question might be:

“What problem was I trying to solve when I created this?”

You start seeing how your thinking has evolved.

And when you see that clearly, you also start to see how others might be going through the exact same process.

Which makes me curious…

Have you ever looked back at something you built a system, a plan, a process and realized you’ve grown so much that it’s almost hard to remember the version of you that created it?

I’d love to hear what that looked like for you.

Some of the most powerful lessons in growth come from recognizing when your voice, thinking, and perspective have evolved. More on that soon in my upcoming book Unmute Yourself.
