📊 Are You Tracking What Actually Matters?

I’ll be honest—there are days I’m buried in busy work. It feels good in the moment, but when I step back, I realize it didn’t push my key metrics forward.

I enjoy reading. I enjoy watching documentaries when I can’t focus on training anymore. It keeps my brain active, stretching in different directions. But I’ve also had to learn—those things don’t replace the discipline of tracking the progress that really moves the needle.

And here’s the other side of it: making time for my family and my own self-care is just as important as hitting KPIs. Because what’s the point of building wealth if you’re too drained to enjoy it, or too distracted to be present with the people you love?

Time management doesn’t look the same for everyone. Some of us work best in short sprints. Some of us need structure. Some of us thrive in flow. But however you do it, you’ve got to ask:

Am I tracking the things that actually matter in my life, or just filling my days with things that feel productive?

So let me ask you—what’s important to you right now? And how are you making sure it doesn’t get lost in the noise?
