If you’re serious about learning commercial real estate, make a plan and execute on it. You don’t have to go so hard your cheese slides off your cracker, but you do need to take enough consistent action that what you’re learning actually sticks.
Read. Show up. Underwrite. Ask questions. Walk deals.
Small steps compound when they’re aligned with purpose.
Take so much intentional action that you start pulling your targets closer to you, inside the time frame you set. That’s how momentum is created. That’s how legacies are built.
