God is in Every Heartbeat

This morning’s church lesson was simple and strong. Every heartbeat is God in us. The peaks and valleys on an EKG mirror our lives. He is present in our ups and our downs. The hard parts shape the woman who can carry the weight of her blessings. Every millisecond matters. God can change everything in the next one.

Our moments become the story our families remember. Let that story be faith, courage, discipline, love, and wisdom. That is legacy. Morals. Values. Principles. And yes, healthy stewardship of life in every area.
