💭 Pick Your Hard 💭

Seneca once said, “We suffer more in our imagination than in reality.”

 And George Eliot reminded us, “It’s never too late to be what you might have been.”

Timeless words that guide my walk forward.

So much of what we call hard begins in our mind. When we approach challenges with childlike faith (the same faith we’re asked to have in God’s plan) the task suddenly feels lighter.

It’s hard to keep going when you can’t see results.

 It’s hard to know you could have accomplished something and quit.

 It’s hard to live without what you dream of having.

But I choose the kind of hard that stretches me.

The kind that forces growth, reveals strength, and aligns me with the woman God intended me to be.
