This one’s for the people who watch every post.

The people who tell me, “I see what you’re doing.”

The people who stop me in hallways.

The people who message me privately.

The people who ask for advice, ask how they can work with me, or tell me they’ve been following my journey for months…

But never hit like.

I know you’re there.

Because somehow I can walk into a room full of strangers and hear:

“I’ve been following you for a while.”

Which makes me wonder…

Are you all part of some secret society of silent observers?

No judgment. I’m genuinely grateful.

But Wednesday, I’m asking you to do something different.

Instead of watching from the sidelines, come sit in the room.

Not because you’re ready.

But because you’re willing.

Willing to invest an hour in yourself.

Willing to grow alongside other women who are asking bigger questions about their next chapter.

Willing to explore what’s possible.
