It's what we've normalized within us.
Many of the behaviors that hold us back didn't begin as self-sabotage. They began as survival. They were shaped by environments, relationships, and experiences that taught us who we believed we had to be.
But awareness changes everything.
You don't have to judge the version of you that learned to survive. Just give yourself permission to become the version that no longer has to.
Growth doesn't start with shame.
It starts with seeing yourself clearly.
