Sunday Check-In 🙏✨

In true Sunday fashion, here’s what I absorbed at church this morning.

We love the warm and fuzzy messages

The ones that comfort us without confronting us.

We seek others to hear from God for us, as if we can’t hear from Him ourselves.

But doing the work to hear Him looks like opening the Bible

It looks like sitting still

It looks like obedience before understanding.

Deceit is not always blatant.

Deceit often looks like subtle agreements we make with ourselves.

Agreements that keep us comfortable

Agreements that justify delay

Agreements that sound reasonable but quietly pull us off course

Do you pray but don’t see fruit in your life?

It might not be the information you’re lacking.

It might be your perception

We’ve all heard, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.”

Not because He wasn’t there.

But because you weren’t yet in a posture to hear

Sometimes the delay isn’t denial.

It’s preparation.

 Unmute Yourself — coming soon

A reminder to quiet the noise, sharpen discernment, and reclaim your voice.
