The Loss of Coherence

A woman doesn't become muted because she loses her voice.

She becomes muted when the relationship between her experiences, adaptations, identity, and purpose fractures.

She may still be successful.

She may still be speaking.

She may still be leading.

But internally...

her story no longer makes sense to her.

She isn't lacking confidence.

She's lacking coherence.

My work isn't about giving women a louder voice.

It's about helping them reconstruct the blueprint that reconnects who they had to become... with who they were always created to be.

Because when the blueprint becomes coherent again...

her voice doesn't need to be found.

It becomes inevitable.
