The Words I Was Ignoring

One of my biggest takeaways from this week with Mr. Bill Walsh and PowerTeam International wasn't a new strategy.
It was three words I'd heard before.
Learn. Do. Delegate.
The problem wasn't the lesson.
It was my interpretation.
I heard:
Learn. Do. Keep doing.
Because I told myself I couldn't delegate until I had more clients.
More revenue.
More certainty.
But that's exactly what was keeping me from growing.
I was spending time on work that needed to get done instead of the work that only I could do.
Building relationships.
Serving clients.
Speaking.
Creating.
Leading.
Delegation isn't the reward for growth.
It's one of the reasons growth happens.
Sometimes the lesson isn't hearing something new.
It's finally hearing what was said.
