There’s something sacred about the moment it finally clicks

When a term you’ve heard over and over suddenly makes sense.

When the spreadsheet stops looking like a blur of numbers and starts revealing a story.

When the fog lifts—just enough—for you to see the next step clearly.

That’s not luck.

That’s persistence.

I remember what it felt like when none of it seemed to stick.

I’d hear the same phrases in commercial real estate meetings and trainings, nodding along, writing notes—only to leave feeling like I had a box of puzzle pieces with no picture on the cover.

But I stayed in the room.

I kept studying.

Kept applying.

Kept asking the hard questions.

And slowly…

The corners began to form.

The edges started locking into place.

And that once-scattered puzzle started becoming a picture—my picture.

Not because I mastered it all, but because I refused to quit.

I’m still putting pieces together. I’m still learning. But now, I’ve assembled enough of the picture to reach back and guide someone else through the box.
