They Don’t Talk About This Part of the Climb...

Everyone celebrates the stage

No one talks about the cost.

The cost of being willing to look foolish, again and again, until you sharpen your edge.

The cost of someone you admire questioning why they’d even work with you because you’re “new.”

The cost of showing up dressed up, shoulders back, chin up, crown straight…

only to have a man objectify you after asking for a photo....

heckle in the audience, and then follow you to your vehicle.

That part.

The emotional toll.

The mental warfare.

The decision to not shrink.

For the wife.

For the mother.

For the woman rebuilding herself while building a business —

Your ability to excel will depend on getting up more times than you get knocked down.

On emotional intelligence.

On coachability.

On minimizing the noise.

On continuing to learn when quitting would be easier.

Everyone’s journey looks different. Some smoother. Some heavier.

The trick is being solid on why you started in the first place.

If your why is strong enough to fortify your family’s financial legacy, to step into commercial real estate, to build infinite wealth strategies that outlive you, then the discomfort becomes part of the conditioning.

Keep going.

I’m right here with you.

If you have the stomach to grow and “suck” until you are great, reach out.
