WHEN THE MICROPHONE DOESN’T SOUND LIKE YOU

I’ve noticed something about myself when I hold a microphone. One-on-one, I can connect with almost anyone. Conversation flows.

The intention is clear. But the moment a room gets involved and the adrenaline hits… it can feel like my personality doesn’t translate the same way.

Maybe you’ve felt this too.

You know someone needs to hear your message… yet you’re still learning how to let your natural voice carry in a bigger space.

If you’ve ever felt called to be a lighthouse for others  but are still figuring out how to let that light reach further… you’re not alone.

Nothing great comes easy. And sometimes the mountain isn’t the work itself, it’s learning how to let your gifts be seen and heard at scale.

I’m curious… who else has felt that tension between knowing your message matters and learning how to magnify your voice?
